Got this call too. Good thing I wasn't home, they wouldn't have liked my answer.  As for the "DO NOT CALL LIST" comments....have a look for yourself, political parties are one of the exempt groups.

Calling on behalf of Harper and the Conservatives.  Although they dialed the wrong number, the caller still wanted to chat.  Strike one.  He went on with his spiel and asked if I voted Conservative.  I told him that was personal information I was unwilling to share.  Strike two.  Then I said I wasn't interested, and he told him it wasn't a survey.  Strike three.  Harper isn't helping himself by doing this.
