Please read carefully:Reliance Protectron Security Services maintains strict consumer rights policies which govern the activity of our internal call centres as well as those of our dealers. Our policies include, but are not limited to: respecting the Do Not Call List, and maintaining a professional demeanor when speaking with consumers. For this reason, we are confident that the calls you received originate from another company acting against us. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have received complaints of this nature. We have been actively seeking to locate the source of these fraudulent calls, and have reached out to the RCMP to help us in our investigation. Please continue to let us know when and from which number you have received such calls, as each occurrence we are made aware of helps provide a clearer picture of who is responsible and brings us closer to our goal of putting an immediate end to this offensive business practice.
