Has called 4 times in 24 hrs. No message!

state who you are and the reason you're calling or stop calling

Annoying!!!!They call and wont say anything.If you call them back you get an operatored voice saying this number has not been issued to anyone....ya ok then how is it calling me.

This number has called our house quite a few times in the last two weeks. No message and the caller doesn't say anything when you pick up.
