Tried to scam saying we booked to Tampa, Florida and asking info... Sound east-indian.  We're french so we easily know who's scamming !

received a call from (613) 482-4060..heard heavy breathing, repeated with my hellos 3 times; no replies, i also signed up to a canadian program not to be bothered by telemarketers; it doesnt work!!  3 times this week along..will it ever stop?
