I am on the no phone list but lately it has been a night mare all kinds of long-distance referring to credit cards and so onI have aks time and time to be removed from their list to no avail.  I am a sr with limited mobility and do not need this harrassment.Bell is suppose to stop these calls but they keep coming.CRTC no call list seems to have gone to the dogs.

This number started calling about a month ago and continues to call back, 1-2 times a day most times it leaves a blank voice mail,

This number was not long distance from Ottawa, so it is either a VOIP/portal or local number.

I called this number back today got a message that it was for Comfort King Windows and that a call center  "Oracon" is making the call.  

The machine answering suggests that apparently once one enters ones phone number one can be removed from the phone list.  Done.  We will see.

When will these people learn that leaving 30+ blank voicemails is harrassment!

they call me once or twice a day, too.
