Calling me repeatedly. I have received 5 calls from this number just in the last three days alone and a few before that. So annoying! I've tried to call them to tell them not to call me again but cant get through. How can this be legal, this one number harrassing so many people.

These individuals won't stop calling me on my emergency cell phone. I do not give this number out. They call me several times a day at all hours even though I have asked them to put me on their do not call list. They won't tell me who they are- even when I repeatedly ask. They say that they are calling in regards to my MasterCard and they know the last 4 digits. (scary!) They tell me that I'm entitled to a $100 gift card that I can spend at "fine retailers" like Walmart. It is very annoying as they often wake me up.

got this phone call twice a week.  answered this call in Cantonese... but, they hung up at once.really very annoying!

This is some kind of auto-spamming/ telemarketing call.  Really annoying.

I am experiencing what I consider phone harassment.  This is not a company wanting to sell me something, it is a opinion survey company.  This is what is happening?For the last three weeks I have been receiving phone calls requesting my opinion from this company.  I tell them I am registered with the Texas do not call and the Federal do not call, and I understand that this does not include opinion surveys or research companies, but I do not want to receive any more phone calls from them, and to take my name off their list.  Just this week , for the last three days I have received their calls.  In fact, today when I told them to take my name off their list they proceeded to call me FOUR MORE TIMES ... calling then hanging up with lots of laughing and giggling in the background!  I am handicapped and it is quite difficult for me to get to the phone.   It seems to be a bunch of kids working for this company and they seem to think this is quite funny.  I have asked to speak to a supervisor, and she told me they could call because there was no law saying opinion survey companies were not restricted by the do not call laws, and she refused to give me the name of the company, or her name or the real telephone number.  They are using 555-123-4567 which is the phone number what shows up on my caller ID, and there is only "No Name Found" for the company name.  I tried to use my call blocker and this did not work.  I contacted the AT&T phone company and basically they told me there is nothing they can do... call blocker won't work with this fake telephone number, nor will *69.  They suggested that I contact the FCC and the state of Texas.  I did hear back from Texas and they requested that I contact the Texas Attorney General.  Today I started receiving calls from (613) 333-4567.  From other email complaints I found when researching the number on the internet, it is indicated that the company name is RK West (602) 841-E Cactus Rd Phoenix, AZ 85032. However when I called the (613) 841-2801 it was a suburban housewife and she is unaware of any of this.Can you please help me?  I just don't need this stress, and I imagine I am not the only person experiencing this.  This seems to be a most unethical business practice.

This is one major pain in the ---, they leave no message, only a lot of background noise.  I am on the don't call list, but apparently, this 'survey group' doesn't have to comply with the don't call rules.
They can kiss my whatever, totally unacceptable..
