I have received dozens of calls from this number, they never leave a msg, when I do pick up they are trying to give me some gift card. they know my name and last 4 digits of my credit card WTF! It sounds like some indian call center. Even when I am swearing at them they try and talk over me to give me their pitch. They wont go away!!!

After 10 days of getting harassing calls I ended up using a high pitched emergency siren placed on the phone receiver. This took approx 3 days before they got the hint.

I made countless inquiries and it seems that since the call originates from a foreign country phone number there are no USA FTC regulations in place to stop this harassment.
I even tried entering my phone number onto the Canadian Do Not Call list. This was fruitless since we do not live there.
This yet another attempt by spammers to avoid the US FTC policies and regulations.
They got caught using land lines moved onto cell phone usage and got caught.
Now they have resorted to using foreign country phone numbers.

As one poster mentioned I entered the number in my cell phone contacts and place the ring tone setting to 'no ring'.

This number has been consistantly showing up on my caller ID for about a month now! Whenever I answer the phone to tell them not to call, there's no one on the line. They call day or night, if I hit redial says the number is not in service. As this has become increasingly annoying, I've tried to have my phone subscriber do a "block caller". They (verizon) tells me this is not a service available in my area! This has to stop! I will take the advice of another and try the FCC or FTC_ wish me luck!!!

UPDATE:  I attempted to file a report at the Do Not Call Registry site, but it was rejected because of an invalid area code ... They need a new programmer as this is a major system FAILURE.

This  number is calling me three to four times a day. They never leave a message, and when I try to call back, the number is always busy. SKETCHY.

call received  and person said i had a hundred gift card coming. when i asked why i was being given this money, thay stated it was because i was a good user of my credit card. thay had read off the last four digets and had my name correct. i was than asked for a email address to complete the trans action. i did not comply and ended the phone call. the women had a foreign accent.
