They are scammers

They send out "texas hold'em" cards where you can "win" prizes. It's actually just a means to enter unsuspecting peoples homes to sell them water purification stuff they don't need.

They've run a few "businesses" at the same number, no doubt closing as soon as they lose favour with the community.
