keep calling today like 7 or 8 times with fax tone

called 2 times my cell so far, fax machine sound !!

call every day many times any time, just beep. very stressfull.

I got this call every early morning since last month.

Three four times in 2 hrs.   Reported to FCC.   Blocked number.

Really, really, really annoying!

First off, I would like to apologize to everyone who is receiving these calls. My name is Louise Rubletz and I am the Program Manager of the CME SMART Program.  

These faxes are coming from J2 Global in Ottawa - 1-+1 888-733-0000.  

I would like to assure you that we are NOT the company who is sending this fax.  For the past several weeks, we have been investigating this issue with the company who is sending this out. We believe that there is a glitch in their system and have them looking into this.  We have also logged a complaint with CRTC.  

The company that is sending this is J2 Global otherwise known as protus.com or myfax.com.  They are are fax service company located in Ottawa Ontario.  

Please do one of two things:  call CRTC to log a complaint at 1-+1 877-249-2782 (prompt 3) or call J2 Global directly at 1-+1 888-733-0000.  You will need to have the date and time of the call(s).

I hope this helps you out that J2 Global can rectify this issue as soon as possible.
