I have had calls from (613) 219-1294 three times a day for the past two days.  

Instead of a name I have had the following numbers:
1 200 197 5215;
1 200 178 7763; and
1 200 168 1042.

No idea who they are from.

300-190-6739 was the second number that was displayed on my phone.  The first one was (613) 219-1294  The area code 300 appears to be from somewhere in Mexico.

I have a call from this number (613) 219-1294) and no name but a second number appear as follow( 1-200-170-0303) i have no idea whos calling and it was also a long distance call.

got a call from (613) 219-1294 today....it's from ottawa but it's the second night in a row where a long distance number shows up and a local number shows up on the phone just above it.
