This number has called my cell phone numerous times.  They always call asking for a different person, never my name, not even close.I have had calls from this number for well over a year now, the times are totally random, some time at 3pm other times at 3am.I only use my cell phone for emergencies and this is quite annoying.

This number is a telemarketer in Canada that calls from different regions of Canada for different companies.  This week it was The Canadian Wildlife Federation.  Who knows who next week.  My husband called them back to ask why they don't answer right away and who they are.  The young  man called us back and explained that there is a lapse in time from the phone call going out to the person answering the phone on the other end especially if it is from a different time zone.  Hope this helps.

I have been away and find that in the last two weeks this number has called no less than 20 times: 5 times in one day alone!  Thanks to you guys for letting me know it is a telemarketer.
