Here is what I found out about this number after receiving 5 calls on Saturday the messages were just someone breathing and then hanging up. I've left them a voice mail to take my phone number off of their call list.

April 16: The 4th Orleans Fallingbrook Scout Group will host a rain barrel sale on Saturday, April 16th at Fallingbrook Elementary School, 679 Deanscourt Crescent, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Funds raised will help cover the costs of facility rentals and activities that the youth participate in. This fundraiser will also help our Venture Company in raising the funds they need to head to Banff this spring to go hiking in the mountains. Each rain barrel comes fully equipped with a leaf and mosquito filter basket, an overflow adaptor that permits multiple barrels to be connected in series, 1.2m of overflow hose and a spigot that attaches directly to a garden hose. Colours available are - black, grey & terra cotta and have a capacity of 220L. They are approximately 1m tall and .6m in diameter. The price is $55 per barrel. (Additional hosing can also be purchased if required.) Orders are now being taken for an April 16, 2011 pickup date. I have been receiving over a dozen calls in a week by this phone number and when I picked up no one was on the other end or responded, dead air.  When I called the number a voice message indicated "thank you for calling the campaign line", I then left a message asking that my number be removed (twice).  That same night I received  3 additional phone calls from that number.

Call me repeatedly, never leave a message. Whenever I happen to pick up there is no one on the line. Getting quite annoying

The one who called me from this number hung up on me after I said hello three times. How does hanging up on people help their campaign? Rude and bizarre.
