(604) 998-8066 is calling for person who lived in the apartment next to us last year. will not tell us why and is moderately rude and called at 7:30 am.

This person has been calling over and over since October looking for a Kerry Colpitts, asks me to call back.  I want the calls to stop.  Why should I call them long distance at my cost to tell them I'm not the person they are looking for.  Maybe they could do better research before hounding the wrong people.
