I've a call display and didn't pick up; so far one attempt only

I keep getting calls from this number. When I answer I get a few seconds of silence, and then what sounds like a recorded female voice says, "Good-bye"

Scammers. Call block.
You answer and guy laughs hysterically like mad. I hung up.
Call block.calling the police next time. This is harrasment.

I would like to send a bomb to these people.
I don't know who they are but am not interested in anything they are selling.
If I pay for a phone line, how is it I can be subjected to this harassment
without recourse?

Just called up this number (604) 998-1404 and a lady picked up the phone. I told her to remove my number from their list and she promised to do so.

same, call, no one responds, then thankyou. someone please stop this harrasmment

Received a call from V0924155530004 on caller ID and then the number (604) 998-1404 appeared.  A couple of minutes later someone phoned again and our phone display showed that the number is "unavailable" and a woman's voice came on the answering machine saying "hello, hello" and left no message.  I also got a call last week and a woman's voice came on and said "goodbye".  How do we get them to stop calling?

Do not call list appear to not interest this firm. They may be a good firm that has chosen a bad way of finding new clients. Perhaps everyone could phone them one after another until they see the errors of this system. A hundred or so calls a day might do it.

There ARE interesting complaints about this business:This outfit conned my husband who had been having concentration and dizziness issues and he's quite a bit older. So they offered him a "super" price to check out ALL our gas fixtures including the fireplace and the furnace....and charged accordingly. But we don't have a gas furnace. Such scam artists. The next year they called and I asked them to delete us from their call list. This year...they called again. I like to knock on doors...or just phone at random...I don't care how many people I bother...because I don't give a sh*t about you... or your wasted time.I just want your business...and I don't want you to bother me...especially if you don't like my service...and you wont like my service...but I wont be guarranteeing it anyway...and if you think you will be able to contact me...
