A sales cold call which is interesting because we are already talking to them. Apparently not good communication in the sales dept. there.

This SECOND call came to my cell phone, which is on the FTC's "do not call" registry, from a company called Alianza, in Utah. It came after I told a previous junk caller from this company to go away! It was a solicitation to buy VoIP service. Even though the company is in Utah, the number on the caller ID was in the 604 area code -- British Columbia -- probably in an attempt to avoid FTC complaints for junk calls. (VoIP providers can generally assign numbers in any area code.) But the law says that if the company is in the States, it's liable.
