Why is this number calling a few times per day & day after day after day

THis is TRG a telemarketer.  If you call the number back you can get your number placed on the do not call list

has called every second day  Oct 27th, 29th, 31st.  Don't usually answer as I don't recognize the number but did answer once and no one responded right away so hung up.
