    This number calls me every few days. When I answer it I get a message in an Asian language, perhaps Mandarin. When I call it back the phone systems says that the number is no longer in use. Then it starts to spell out another number and then calls it. That line goes to a busy signal. I have blocked it. It sounds like a scam or survey or automated sales pitch aimed at the Asian community, of which I am not.
