This one is located by the Bentall Center downtown Vancouver. And, you can't call a pay phone any more and get anything other than what you heard.

Appears to be a business # which can't accept inbound calls. I answered this call by mistake while trying to dial out to make another call - I thought the lines were crossed when a woman said "hello?" after a few seconds. I just hung up.

After scratching my head and looking at the call record, it was an inbound call - they called me. I tried calling back, and it said the # was not available.

Probably some kind of debt collector.
