This phone number called, but I missed the call and when I called back a computer voice started saying my own phone number back to me. I tried again and the same thing happened to me. I tried from a different phone and the computer voice started saying that phone number back.
Seems like a hacker type manoeuvre. Can anyone shed any light on this? What is going on here and how do you foil them?

I had 4 calls from the same number through the day. I think it's just marketing or some other similar scam.
