I almost find it amusing how many people still post asking what that number is when an answer has already been provided.

Like what Mark from Tacoma said above, that number is for Times Telecom, a long-distance service, for their Vancouver access number. It basically works like a calling card.

If you don't know anyone from BC, relax, it's probably someone dialling a wrong number.

If it continues, just contact your phone provider and have them block that number. Simple fix with no more stress.

This number has called my house every day for the past 3 days.  This moringing there were a series of 4 phone calls.  The fist time it rang 3 times.  Second and third time it rang twice.  Fourth time it rang until the machine picked up, but no message.  I don't know anyone that would be calling me from that area, so was not going to answer.
