I almost find it amusing how many people still post asking what that number is when an answer has already been provided.

Like what Mark from Tacoma said above, that number is for Times Telecom, a long-distance service, for their Vancouver access number. It basically works like a calling card.

If you don't know anyone from BC, relax, it's probably someone dialling a wrong number.

If it continues, just contact your phone provider and have them block that number. Simple fix with no more stress.

I just got a phone call from this number and I didn't answer and got no message. I googled the  number and was surprised of other people getting the same problem. I called the number from my skype out account. It answer right away asked for a authorization code, and then stated please contact your customer account representative.

Oh and if you're avoiding picking up and still posting on here trying to figure out who's calling you, just pick up and see who it is.

This number has called my house every day for the past 3 days. ?This moringing there were a series of 4 phone calls.  The fist time it rang 3 times.  Second and third time it rang twice.  Fourth time it rang until the machine picked up, but no message.  I don't know anyone that would be calling me from that area, so was not going to answer.

I did not pick it up. Don't know anyone from BC. How did he get me cell #? I am in Toronto.
