On the other hand, it could be a long-lost love, relative or friend. It's silly how afraid some of you are of picking up your phones. Sheesh.

I just got a phone call from this number and I didn't answer and got no message. I googled the  number and was surprised of other people getting the same problem. I called the number from my skype out account. It answer right away asked for a authorization code, and then stated please contact your customer account representative.
