Called my house saying she was offering a 40% discount in my neighbourhood. I said I was not interested. The lady was rude, said she would call back to speak to the owner of the house, and before I could say anything, she hung up.

Keeps calling and hanging up. No clue who or why. I call back and get busy signal.
