It's a company that sells bulk fax broadcasting service to other companies for sending out advertising. They skirt U.S. "Do Not Call" laws because they're in Canada. I'm looking for them. Their fax removal number is +1 866-317-4769.

You can submit a complaint to Canada's CRTC about this... unlike in the US, the FCC does not recognize Canadian complaints. The complaint site is https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-eng If you and everyone else keeps complaining eventually (I hope) something will be done... Cheers, Sam
