Yup, definitely a scammer. They just called me and in a quivering voice said they were CIBC and wanted to "review my banking" with me.

I got a call at 6:08PM Saturday and the person hung up. I called back and no one picked up. So I expect someone to call back from a blocked id. Googled the number and got on this site..... thought I should document this....

(604) 630-0300 is a fake CIBC phone number for banking fraud! Do not believe the caller, and do not provide any personal info.

I got a call at 11:30 at night from some incoherent Jack*** who said was responding my Craigslist ad advertising a cheap 10$ kids bike thinking we would ship it to San Franciso from Vancouver BC!. I called him insane and hung up.
It had this call display number (604) 630-0300

this number seems to be what can come up if someone calls you from a skype account.

if you don't have a skype account yourself. then. i dunno. but that's what came up when my son called me and that isn't even close to his number. not even the right area code. but he called me from skype. to my digital phone. which i have connected to skype if i'm not online.
