This is the number that Skype "on the go" uses for local exchange. It keeps caller info anonymous but with right computer forensic skills & tools (and a search warrant from your local judge ;-) you could locate caller's IP address. Also this exchange number can be traced to telecom company which could provide more detailed account of the connection...

hello, i just got this called today to my home phone around 12:23pm and this person called as an authorized Bell dealer. He tried to give me an international plan and free phone, I had ask his location and he just gave me a city name, when I asked for a specific kiosk he did not give me one, and I have reason to believe he has my address as well, but I cut him off before he could say my entire address. There was a lot of buzzing and humming in the background as well.

This person called my friend and told her that he is going to shoot her and that they need to do business

some body calling me from this number but not leaving any message. I don,t answer the call.
