didn't pickup, but tried to call back, with the same tone u get from pickup the phone and ready to dail out

this number called my Vancouver based cell phone every minute for 15 minutes at 3am until 315am. then it started again for a few calls at 630am. when I answered it sounded like some one on a long distance phone call, speaking an unknown language. I told them to lose my number, followed by a rude goodbye

I am getting so sick of calls from (604) 629-2009! After reading all the comments here, it is puzzling who is behind this!!! I am so tired of seeing this number show up on my call display as a missed call. Is there a reason why they can't leave a message? I never have my phone near me when they call but even if I did, I would NOT answer it nor would I ever, ever, ever purchase anything they were trying to sell me - on the simple principle that they have annoyed me so much. HOW do they even get our numbers? I have not given my number out to anyone!

My friend just got called from this number twice. It was from the "grandparent scam" bunch. Beware

Got a call at 4:30am this morning from (604) 629-2009. Thought there was a emergency but it turned out to be a damn fax machine.

I think both of my new numbers used to be fax machines. It's going to take a long time to get off all of those lists.
