ya i got a call from this number and she kept asking me if i knew mandarin in mandarin. I only understood that part so i kept asking her if she knew english. called me twice already so annoying

Well it could've been a calling card.
My friend called me from out of town and I didn't answer at first.  They then tried again and I finally picked up--turned out it wasn't a telemarketer. Surprise.

It's a generic number for re-routed calls through calling cards, skype, etc. The nature of the call could always be different. If it turns out to be a "business call" I would question their validity as they are obviously using "hard to track" numbers for a reason.

I have received eleven calls in the last two days from this number  no one answers and when I call back I get a dial tone.  Very annoying and I want to find out who is doing this. N6F9

This # called my cell 00:10! Which marketing company would call at mid night?

Saturday June 21st- Woman called and asked if we had a mortgage on our house-
When told NO she asked if we were planning to put one on.  (??) In light of a few title switches in our area it was a big concern. A call to the phone Co. resulted in.... "Not one of our numbers!"  I would like to uncover the cource of this call.
