Just got a call from this number. It was a cantonese-speaking woman who wouldn't say anything until I said "Hi" like five times. Then she asked for someone in my family (she actually said the name), and I said, "She's not here, who's this", thinking it was someone we know. Then the lady asked if this was home or cell phone. I said home, then she hung up...

I called the number back, but like everyone else, I just get a dial tone. :S

This (604) 629-2009 is anyone calling your phone using SKYPE! It could be a friend, family member, company - ANYONE because it's the same number for everyone using the skype service.

didn't pick up.i don't answer the phone, period, if unknown.if it's important enough, they'll leave a message.

Received a call @ 11:30 am.  Women's recorded voice - "blah blah - from Gatineau, Quebec."

I then hung up.
