I want to know who it was.

Its a collection agency. Metropolitan collections i believe. Some of the people working there are pretty nice, but of course a few real jerks.

most annoying.  Get this call every day, several times.  Once in a while I will answer it, nobody there, it just clicks and goes off.  Can we file a complaint on the Do Not Call registry, or is this one of those charities that are exempt?
