This number must be a switch board number, simply because I got a call from this number today and it is actually from Indeed.com. Every few weeks, one of Indeed account manager calls our company as a courtesy to check  if we need any help as we post a lot of jobs on Indeed.

So judging by all the comments on this thread, I am assuming this number is probably an outgoing number from a switchboard.

I got a call from this number today at 3:35pm. Missed the call and tried to call back later but no ring tone.
