I just got a call as well: 12:15pm april 8th 2009 Called it back but got a fast busy tone.
btw if this is a routing number how are some people claiming to be able to call it and get someone that answers?

called and said he was from bchydro. how much was our bill.... am i the owner of this house.... do i live here.... whats my age.... i said i dont think you should be asking me that. let me talk to your supervisor and he hung up.

This number is being used as a rental fraud at the moment. They're pretending to be a missionary in nigeria and asking you to send the damage deposit and then they will have the keys to the appartment sent to you.

I had a missed call from this number recently and the caller stayed on the phone leaving a message without talking. You could hear people speaking in Chinese in the background. For some reason, I thought this call was a little odd. So, if they call again I will ignore there calls.October 22,2009
