i dont know who this person is but never pick it up. if it's a collection agency and helen wong is who they're looking for as specified by previous posters, then it's very odd and suspicious because obviously we are not Helen Wong. Makes you wonder if this is some kind of trick for identity theft.

received a call from this number once or twice a week, i never answered it though, left a message once all i hear is background noise

Calls every day mornings, days , or evenings looking for Helen Wong. Will not give the name of the company calling and will not let me speak to a supervisor. Promise every day to remove me from theri calling list and then call again the next day.
Shows as 11-604-606-7888 on my cell phone.

Just received a call 2014 April 21 17.55 and looking for Coleen hill...the lady I spoke with sounds like a Filipina... Accent exactly phillipine  woman.." She asked Coleen hill and I said "no" she said I'm sorry sir I dialed a wrong number"""""

I just had a missed call from this number and would like to know who and where is it.
