i dont know who this person is but never pick it up. if it's a collection agency and helen wong is who they're looking for as specified by previous posters, then it's very odd and suspicious because obviously we are not Helen Wong. Makes you wonder if this is some kind of trick for identity theft.

It's a collection agency.They'll keep calling. Block their number or let it go to voicemail. They won't stop. They think you're hiding the *fugitive* they're after.....

got a miss call don't know who and where it is?

I just had a missed call from this number and would like to know who and where is it.

Calls every day mornings, days , or evenings looking for Helen Wong. Will not give the name of the company calling and will not let me speak to a supervisor. Promise every day to remove me from theri calling list and then call again the next day.
Shows as 11-604-606-7888 on my cell phone.
