Thank you Bob!!!!   I have been in the collection industry as a manager for 20 years.  I have seen old school collecting which is now a huge no no.  Collectors are monitored and do not take the old school approach and haven't for years.  If you have a debt which in this case seems to be pay day loans..HONOR YOUR COMMITMENT TO REPAY THE DEBT WHEN YOU SAID YOU WOULD!!!!!!! You asked to borrow the funds ..you obviously needed the money and then you magically go into a land where you feel you don't have to be accountable for your actions. Do you pay your Hydro..Phone..Rent? We are no different.  We also are a bill that you have and that you need to look after.  People sure are in their glory when they rec've their payday loans (because their banks won't touch them) or credit cards and gladly take the money, and then turn around and whine when it's time to pay the debt back in the time you agreed to..Grow Up and QUIT WHINING AND BE RESPONSIBLE.thank you and have a nice day :)

called work and cell phone repeatedly!!! Will not stop!

My husband took out a payday loan with them, and even though he's spoken with them about the payment and set it up, they are still calling MY work (don't know how they got that number) and my cell.  It's really annoying.  I got 3 calls in a row, one at 2:09, one at 2:10, and one at 2:11.

I UNDERSTAND THAT 190.00 WAS TAKN OUT OF MY ACCOUNTTWICE  PLEASE CALL ME AT 713-835-6055 TO COMFIRM, BECAUSEI WILL SEE IF UNNECCARY FUNDS ARE TAKN OUT

Regarding comment from person stating they have the right to call if a loan was not paid, but if they are calling the wrong person and phone and are informed they do not have the right to keep calling you reqarding someone else.I keep a log showing how many times they call, after being informed that the person they are looking for does not live at my home,also have pictures of alltheir calls,also have all other phone numbers that this company use. I have noproblem with them trying to get paid, but have the sense that the person you are looking for gave your company wrong information, so there fore they do not have the right to keep calling your, because when they keep calling my home they are going to get the same answer "Person you keep asking does not live here" most of these company's know that they are calling the wrong home, but keep on calling anyway.  I file a suit against a collection company and won so you do have rights this company keep calling my home asking a man and women whom I had never heard of after informing the person calling, she became very rude and called she them told me that I did know these people andI better give her the information or they were going to keep calling me all day, so I show her better than telling her and file a suite aganist their company and won it was not a lot of  money but they ended up paying a big fine.I had the documention show how many time they called from the beinging of the day til the end of the day,also keep a joural on what was said each time andbecause I had records.  Google is a wounderful thing!
