just got a call from this number asking me to press 1 to reduce my debt..hung up

SHAW coms calling to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need...if you try to call back you get "number cannot be reached as dialed..." So it's likely a scam.

Answered... long pause. Hung up.

Just got the debt reduction call
They never give up

Just had a call from this number on my cell.  Didn't answer.  The 555 looked suspicious.  The message that was left was to help reduce my "debt by thousands of dollars".
