this guy used to rent my property and ran away with ~$10k damages!!!alarts!!!!

This guy called me from a craigslist posting for welding/carpentry work, I moved in with my brother from powell river to vancouver after work ran out(new elementary school)And to make contact for schooling.  So buddy calls me and wants me to weld some ducts to a pieced together S.S. Hood fan......he used the wrong method to join them(MIG)on 22ga. Gas ran out on me and stupid stuff like that.   I go home after 2 days to get tools and business.  He calls me and wants me to work. I go back sooner than I would have otherwise.  He has burnt me for $220  We went directly to site so I don't know where his shop is and never got his full name. He has called me back several times to my texts sayin he will call me later to meet and pay me. Nothing.

Just called me to take apart some ikea furniture. When i got there he threatened me if i screwed up and low balled me on agreed quote. Left when he started talking about selling crack and telling some guy he'll pay him eventually.never got a name.
