They call 5 times a day... I have no idea what it is about and I have no desire to talk to any one who is so aggressive.

Communication with debtor  A collector must not continue to communicate with a debtor except in writing, if the debtor  has notified the collector to communicate in writing only, and has provided a mailing address at which the debtor may be contactedFor example: This is to direct you to communicate with me in writing only at the following email address:I recommend that you put this notification in writing to the collection agency and the creditor in a manner that would provide proof that this action has taken place. This could include fax with confirmation, email with confirmation, registered mail, or a cc of your email to the Mainland British Columbia Better Business Bureau.  Be sure to keep a copy of the letter for your records. Fax Wiggins at (604) 530-4977as faxing is the most efficient method of contact ensuring that you keep a copy of the fax confirmation allowing 4 to 5 business days for the business to process your information.  If the calls do not stop, you can file a complaint with The BBB, or here: http://www.consumerprotectionbc.ca/

if you just call (604) 530-0211and talk to a representative, just give them the number that they are calling you by.. and they will say who they are looking for..i just got off the phone with them. and they were looking for an Aleksandar, but the last name is different, so yes they just call everyone w/ the same first name to hope they hit the right person.. just call them up. give them your phone number that they are calling you on. and tell them to remove you off there list cause clearly its the wrong number lol

I just started getting these calls about a parking ticket from Diamond. I spoke with Diamond, as there was NO TICKET on my car, though they had my info. They gave me some lame excuse about saying that it wasn't their fault that I didn't actually get the ticket and if I didn't pay - collections. SO, I guess this is what this number is about.Good to know that this will not affect my credit score. I have received a few calls so far, and ignored them. If you have a smart phone, (I have an android), you can block it and it will show in your logs but not actually ring. This is VERY convenient. Just saying.

(604) 530-0211 - This is their main office line... you can actually follow the prompts so you can talk to one of their agents... I've done this and they have supressed my phone number (they had the wrong number)... I haven't gotten a call since
