We are not a marketing company or a scam. We are a small business with a call center in Burnaby.

However, we are using a new phone system and on discovery of this thread I realize that it is not working properly. The caller display should always show our phone number and once removed from our list you should never receive a call again. If you do not provide a phone number then it is impossible for me to remove you from our database. If you asked one of our agents to remove you and still received a call later then this means they made a mistake and did not code you as a Do Not Call. If this is the case please call our office on (604) 568-9044 or (604) 524-8886 or e-mail info@be**********ca and ask to speak to Sue. I will make sure you receive no further calls and also deal with the telemarketer who failed to remove you from our list.

I will now contact our phone system provider to deal with the caller ID and repetitive calls issue!

Hi Linda,If you call in to the office I can remove your number. It is impossible for me to stop the calls if I don't know what the number to be removed is. You can call our main line (604) 568-9044.If we were not a real company we would not be in the phone book as Best Heating and also if it was a scam we would hardly be responding to these few complaints. If you are not willing to tell us which number to stop calling then there isn't anythingt I can do to help you

It called everyday & a lady asked to speak to me or my husband (our name). Everytime I asked where is she calling from. Then dead air! Caller ID showed V and then many numbers after. Very fishy!!! Everyone be caution! I think this kind of phone call is checking if there is anyone in the house & they are targeting to break in!
