have been getting a phone call from this number, as well as 517-3876, 517-3914, 517-1581, 517-4538, every day for the last week. they were all around 9am, and all didn't leave a message. figured it must be some kind of call centre, as they all started with the same prefix (517). now i'm used to not returning phone calls should the caller does not even have the decency to leave a message. it's a bad timing to call anybody anyways cause if somebody has to go outside of home to work for a 9-5 job he/she would most probably be just going in the office; and for stay-at-home moms they'd be just dropping their kids off at school. and personally i think calling somebody and not leaving a message, but keep on calling for day after day is just bad phone etiquette. this gives a very bad image to the call receiver at the end.
