can you please advise where this number is calling from I keep getting calls and then hang ups

I'm also getting calls from this number - (604) 495-4824. I answer and they hang up. Who the heck is this?

Same here, 'Event Processing Center' (604) 495-4813. Called back several times, busy.

(604) 495-4824 calls but does not leave a message.No personal or company name displayed.

I just received a call too, on a holiday Monday...I actually did answer the phone, but they hung up when I said hello.
Do we know who this is?

We have been getting calls from Event Proc. Centre for about a month.  Once or twice a day, and the same thing as others have reported, you pick up, hear it click over to the operator style system (like a telemarketer) then nobody there.  I'm glad to know others are experiencing this, but sad to know there has been no success in remedying the issue.
