This number called landline at about 9:20pm + left "message" on voicemail, which was the sound  of a ringing phone (like when u call someone else's number and hear the ringing tone,  while waiting for them to answer). Very bizarre ...who was calling whom??!! Did their call to our landline cause our number to call another number. When dialing the "ghost caller's" number, got the recorded message that "# you have dialed is not in service"!!! Who are these ppl??! What's their game?!?  WTF!?!.
