No call, but I did get a letter and check for 5,900.72.Said that I had won 250000.00. Australian sweepstakes marketing and airmiles promotion inc. I called this # and talked to a FRANCIS MCKAY. They wanted my bank acc.info. yeah right! ?This is totally a scam so watch out!

Got a letter from australian sweepstakes marketing and airmiles promotion inc.letter said I won 420000.00. Included was a check for 7840.00, and instructions to call frank brunado. I called, he said deposit the check and call him back for instructions on getting the next check. The first was to cover processing, activation, legal and federal taxes with some left over for me. I called the bank but they were not allowed to give account info to anyone without a banking institution code. I suppose I will call and tell them I deposited it and see what happens. Meanwhile, I'll just hold onto the check. If they want account info I will know it is a fraud.

I also received this same letter, cashier ck for 5,900.72, spoke to a man named Francis McKay, told me to cash the check at Wal-mart, and call him right back as soon as I had the money, he would be sending via Fed-Ex my "next installment", 50,000., my bank would not cash it because the word "cashier" in cashier check was misspelled, someone needs to stop these scammers, poeple are having enough trouble making ends meet without this crap!!! Return address on the letter is Suite 410-119 west pender street, Vancouver, BC V6b 1S5 Canada

Hi there... I recieved a letter saying I won $180.000 and a check for $5.900 and 33 cents. I deposited the check but it wasn't good... I called the number that was given me in the letter and the guy named Patrick Moore answer the phone... He said that check wasn't good because I didn't contact the guy right away and thats why their Canadian bank wasn't sure it was me that trying to cash the check! So basically he told me in order to get my winnings I have to send them $465 for the processing fees... I don't know what to do.. I feel like it's a scam but u still hope it's true.. What to do? Send the money or stay away from this people? Thanks. vale

I also received a check for $9,500.00 with winnings up to 795,000.000 yeah right  all I had to do is call Frances Fotonus immediately for the next check of 30,000.00 to be sent to me.
