Caller claims that you have a problem with your credit card account and that this is the second and final notice to help reduce your interest rate on repayment.I have received this call a number of times inthis past year.

I got this call on my phone, but they didn't leave a message. What is wrong with these people, and more so what is wrong with our country to allow such things to keep going on ? There seems to be more and more of these fraud scammers popping up all the time. Somebody should put an end to such nuisance callers. It's ridiculous !
