Same thing with me. I've been applying for work so I figured they got my number through my resume. They should leave a message.... It's unprofessional not to.

Somebody called my cell number and did not leave a message.  I called then number and the message said they were Vancouver Human Resources.

Answered with no response then they hung up.

I believe it is a company called GT staffing solutions i applied for only one place on craigslist and that was the name. apparently they staff for rogers and money mart.
