I'm not a sales peep for Panasonic, but I believe they make a line of cordless phones, for your land lines, that have a "call block" feature that allows you to redirect such calls to a busy signal on the third ring, or so, but it rings only busy to the caller. Hopefully, cell phones have a "call block" feature as well!

I get a call from this number every single day. I ignored it at first (as I do with many numbers I just don't know) but I started to get annoyed by it.When I do pick up, there's a long pause, followed by "May I speak to (my name)... " and I hang up. Sounds like a call center of some sort as I hear a lot of people in the background. Sounds like an office.It's 1-(604) 245-0106 and I live in Victoria.

(604) 245-0106 comes up on call display at least once a day. I Called the # back and got an automated system claiming to be a research company and that my # was given to them via my cell phone provider. Had to press 1 twice to have my # removed off their call list - but it may take 72 hrs. Very shady...
