I'm not a sales peep for Panasonic, but I believe they make a line of cordless phones, for your land lines, that have a "call block" feature that allows you to redirect such calls to a busy signal on the third ring, or so, but it rings only busy to the caller. Hopefully, cell phones have a "call block" feature as well!

I ignored it at first (as I do with many numbers I just don't know) but I started to get annoyed by it.When I do pick up, there's a long pause, followed by "May I speak to (my name)...
