this person responded to a house for rent ad in the Washington Post. He says he will be moving to the US from overseas and asks if we can negotiate a short term lease. I am not going to respond as this appears to be the beginning of a typical spam trolling. So far, this is the second and so fra only type of response I'm getting from washingtonpost.com It will be the last time I use the service.

I just received an email from a Frederick Chambers. Claims to be arriving in the states in a few weeks. He needs housing as of June 8th. When I told him the apt. wasn't available until 7/1, he still wanted it. Sight unseen. I reported him to apartments.com and they quickly replied and apologized. Damn scams.

A person named Frederick Chambers responded to an e-mail I had in the paper regarding an apartment for rent. Phone # appears to be out of Canada. Seems pretty wierd.
