3rd call in today and when I pushed 1 to speak with someone Adam asked if I was calling to get a lower rate and when I said no he hung up on me. I was going to say take me off your call list. Very rude and unprofessional and definitely want to report the company. I think they said Cardmember Services, but not sure.
