Called, I answered and said hello three times. ?I could hear breathing in the background and the name 'ONTARIO' was in the call display above the number.  I said, "Hello Ontario!" but then after I said that they hung up the phone.

I just got a phone call from this number....I answered many tymes and no-one spoke at all, I finally bashed the phone on the wall and gave them an earfull..they hung up....I,m getting tired of these games these people are playing. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Got a call from this number this morning.  No talking or anything, just dead air. It's not a number that's registered, perhaps it's from a pay phone?
