9 May/2012  5p.m.Female called me by name and requesting I participate in short 6 question survey re air quality...I declined, she thanked me and hung up fast. I did notice that  PA Care is  calling from phone  numbers 519- 964-0068 (earlier in 2011 for example), and then  up to -0072 (March 2012 complaint)....and now  today it's  -0073. Would expect their phone number  pattern to continue since they're periodically changing their own phone number slightly,  judging from the registered complaints.I t is my understanding if you answer the 6 "survey" questions they will call back the next day saying you won something, stating both you and your spouse HAVE to be at home when they come over to deliver it....then you are high pressured to buy some air filtering for your home.
