Too funny has it ever occurred to you the only reason you get audited is that FBC is screwing things up, the only reason you get audited is when there are flags and I guess FBC must be doing that, I know a lot of people never got or have had a audit it there life time, I know 3 members of FBC that have been audited, I don't know you do the math. My odds are don't do business with FBC. It is what it is.

It is rather funny that you would respond to the previous post must of hit a nerve, I would say that it is true as well about FBC because a similar thing happened with one of my friends, just because you have FBC has a  A+ rating with the BBB means nothing no one has bothered to complain about scam. Please all don't be a victim take steps such as reporting scams to your Government and by the way Im on do not call list why are you calling me  compliants about this company all over the net.

As a side note to all the "business owners" who claim that FBC is so rude...It starts by the way you answer the call, when it comes down to it, we are just people trying to make a living, just like you.   You need to realize that those are the types of actions that gain companies 'bad reputations'   Do not be so quick to judge, because we offer a valuable service, and at least have the courtesy to hear us out, and let us know in a professional manner, that you are not interested.   Thanks

We also have their phone numbers flagged as "Telemarketers". Answered it today just to remember who it was and renamed it Tele-FBC - so now we'll never answer it.

This number called my personal cell phone Nov 19.14 8:22 am. I did not answer and they didn't leave voicemail. Very annoying to have people call you and can get your number even though you don't give it out.

FBC is a small business tax specialist company.  We have been in business since 1952, have 50,000 members across the country, and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  As an employee of FBC I would have to apologize for any bad experience, however the response above is in no way indicative either of what the company represents, or of the service and value we provide to both our members and employees.  As an entry-level employee, I would have to defend the company against the above allegations by letting you know that I am neither unhappy working for them, or aware of unhappy members, as the majority of our clientele stay with us year after year.  It is not possible to keep everyone happy and I hope the complaints of a very small minority of disgruntled people do not harm the image of our company.  Regards, SB
