It's a company called Ipsos based in Montreal Quebec Canada. I fired off a very nasty and threatening email and got this response from them....

"Thank you for your message.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Please be advised that we have contacted the relevant department and we received confirmation that your request has been processed and your telephone number has been added to the Do not call list.

Should you want to be removed from our online panel as well, please let us know.

The phone number belongs to Ipsos-Reid, a legitimate survey company. Did their phone survey his evening. It was brief and asked for no information that could be used for identity theft. The caller was very professional. And tonight's survey was on tobacco and e-cigarettes. Hope this helps.

Forgot to say, the call originated out of Montreal as far as I could determine.

This number KEEPS calling my house....wont leave a message...cant call it back...............STOP
