Duct Cleaning Company! Very Rude! Ironically, I own a duct cleaning company in Kitchener / Waterloo, and when I tell them this they STILL insist on trying to sell me duct cleaning!! I don't think they care what you say as long as you book a duct cleaning. Give them an address and phone # that doesnt exist and hopefully they will get the point...probably not but it will waste their time as much as they are wasting ours. They also do not care about the do not call list! When is the CRTC going to actually enforce their own regulations!! Best of luck to all other frustrated people!

Just got a call for duct cleaning. Being Saturday I thought humor me. I listened to this person talk then I politely told him I have no ducting. My house is all radiant heating. (it's really not) then this person responded rudely "why are you wasting my time" to which I then responded the same. Then he hung up on me. Not very polite. I would like to know who this is and get them shut down.
