This is definetly a scam as npa 519 nnx 811 is not valid. 811 is an ambiguous code for professional services such as 911 (emergency) 611 (telephone repair), 311( city services) etc.

The guy is a piece of crap do not accept anything it is a scam..

Very heavily accented guy.   First as for MR.... (insert last name here)   and when I said sorry he died, the caller then said, Is MRS (insert last name here)   and I said again, sorry she died.... who are you and what do you want...........   the barely understandable voice said,  ""arh duuke cweening""   yeah okay... can barely speak English, LOTS of weird back ground noise and YOU are calling about air duct cleaning.... Told him I had NO DUCTS.2nd time they called, I recognized number, said let me get my mommy for you.... I put the phone down on coffee table, went to kitchen to make my tea, sandwhich, and cut up cheese... took about 6 min. and by time I picked up phone they had hung up  lmao.  and Every time they call, I am given a DIFFERENT name of a company.........  it's some kind of scam for sure.   I mean what number belongs to 3 to 6 different companies?????
