Claiming to be from Visa and Mastercard Services, with a heavy accent. Don't even give them the time of day.

It's a scam and you won't be getting a rate reduction.  I called the bank.

I got the same call from "Visa".  He yawned halfway through his spiel!  He kept saying "you do use this card right?".Annoying

If there was no message left, how do you know it was a woman?

Just received a call from this number. No one at other end, and they hung up after a few seconds.Came here to get the scoop--yes, a scam!

This number called me here in Calgary again.  They called me at 11:30 am this morning and because their call came through with a caller id of "Ontario" instead of "Unknown" the call came through.  I didn't answer because I recognized the number and they didn't leave a voice mail.  Waste of time......

I would like that [***] to stop calling me.  This is happening just too often now with no messages being left and no one speaks either when I answer the phone.
